The office layout is modern and efficient. You can have your own space or collaborate with others in an open space. It has all the amenities and is located in the heart of Lubbock, TX.

The facility is clean, modern, and spacious. It is set in the heart of downtown Lubbock. The facility is fully furnished with a state of the art conference room and open space. We couldn't be happier to be part of this working community. The owner is present and attentive to all needs related to the workspace. There is a collegial environment among residents. Security is a top priority with keyless entry for both the facility and our offices. Guests and media outlets to our office and facility are always impressed with the modern amenities and the comfort level of the space and offices.

I've had a Premium Membership at Hub City Workspace since June of last year. I have really enjoyed working in this space during this time, and have seen such an improvement in my productivity. I worked from a home office prior to joining this workspace, and while that was nice at times, it's been great to keep home and work separate. I get more done in less time with less distractions! It's nice to not have to meet clients in nearby coffee shops every time I need to schedule a meeting. The conference room has a large TV that is easy to connect to for presentations. The wifi is always fast, building is always secure, and the locally roasted coffee is a nice added benefit.
