" Local is the only way to be! "
I feel a sense of pride in having my business associated with Local Works. For BIG Realty it was important for me to maintain a local small company feel. Local Works gives me the space I need without having a huge overhead of a traditional brick and mortar brokerage. Real Estate has gone more digital so I love having a dedicated space but I don't feel guilty if I'm not able to go into the office every day. Great vibe, great coffee, and the people just make it awesome!

"Productive and Enjoyable Coworking Space"
Local Works is a great place to be. The atmosphere is lively yet productive. Everyone is respectful of each other's space and work. I could not think of a better coworking space to be a member of. I would recommend Local Works to anyone looking for a coworking space.
