" Fresh Location in an Up and Coming Part of Portland "

I've got to say, the location of this SPACES is really what sold it for me. Close local businesses and restaurants make every day more interesting. The space itself is just icing on the cake from there. Large open floorplan downstairs, individual/group offices upstairs, and there's even a tenant lounge on the 4th floor we can use. It's easy to find a new place to sit and freshen up your environment if you're feeling stuck in a lull. Can't recommend this place enough!

The coffee is only a dollar a cup, but there's a really good coffee shop next door if you're looking to spend a bit more.
