The Launch Workplaces at Gaithersburg is a great space for start-ups. I have been renting my private office since October 2018. #1 This is a great location at the Rio Washingtonian Center. Ample parking spaces. #2 A very clean environment. The staff is very friendly from the time you walk through the door. My clients love my new and refreshing shared workspace environment. Arielle is very helpful at the front desk. Allie and Jenny are taking care of the day to day operations at the Launch. #3 An inspiring and stimulating space to work, network and accomplish your goals. #4 Nice conference rooms, community kitchen/lunchroom and quality equipment for hosting events. I have met a lot of driven entrepreneurs from various Launch locations. #5 Launch Workplaces offers plenty of services such as printing, copying, telephone and much more. Ms. Karen is an onsite mentor and very resourceful. #6 Most of all the price fits my budget. Internet services and 24/7 access included. I love my office space. Kim helped make sure I was settled in my new office. One thing I would like to recommend is to have the option of a two year lease. I have referred several people.
