Coworking Space: The Depot in Des Moines

The Depot is a unique building for entrepreneurs, artists, and freelancers to have a workspace that works for them. Many years ago the building was an old train depot for downtown Des Moines and now it is full of private offices, co-working desks, and community space for businesses in Des Moines metro. The Depot sits right along the Meredith bike trail between Gray's lake and Principal Park and overlooks the river and the downtown skyline.

Our space includes wifi, coffee and snacks, printer, conference room, and limited use of our season Iowa Cubs tickets. You can choose a dedicated desk or common space to work in our co-working space. Private offices are also available for those that have a need for a larger or more private space. Enjoy free parking and a unique building to get to work!
