Coworking Space: The Space in Cedar Rapids

The Space began as Yoimono in 2017 as a member of the Cherry Building, a historic dairy plant converted into offices and studios. Its motto is “where creativity works,” and The Space is proud to be part of this vibrant NewBo community. Our doors are open to freelancers, remote workers, solopreneurs, consultants, and startups. We view creativity in the broadest possible sense. A creative professional is anyone who taps into ingenuity, vision, and resourcefulness. You don’t have to be an artist to be creative! Virtually every profession requires some degree of imagination. The Space is all about choice and finding the best place to grind through your to-do list. Sometimes your home office or favorite coffee shop just doesn’t cut it. And let’s be real, a little human contact wouldn’t hurt either. It’s always nice to bounce an idea off of someone who understands where you’re coming from. We are so excited for you to join our community!
