My experience here has been great. I work mainly out of the 5th floor community area and sometimes on the 3rd floor in the phone booths. It is centrally located in the loop, steps away from blue & red line trains, a few blocks to the metra, and on the same block as tons of great food (Revival Food Hall, Pret-A-Manger, etc.). I never have problems with wifi, there is free coffee/espresso/tea, people are all great - friendly and respectful, conference rooms are always available to reserve, and the space is trendy. My only critique is the temperature. The 5th floor can be on the cold side in the winter as well as in the summer when the AC is on so I always bring a sweater just in case. The individual offices and phone booths stay nice and cozy.
