Mor Workspace is a funky new office space in Newquay, we've got a range of cool spaces suitable for training, conference & events, a co-working office for creative industries, freelancers, small businesses and entrepreneurs. We’ve also got an awesome industrial unit that's ideal for location shoots/photoshoots.

We offer a professional workplace but with a difference because we believe that your workspace should be 'mor' than just a place you go to work but a place to connect, create and collaborate…..and get in a cheeky lunchtime surf!

Mor Workspace offers hot desking, breakout areas, fully equipped kitchen, meeting rooms, private offices, high speed wifi, printing & scanning facilities, free parking and free tea and coffee. Our private offices and our conference and meeting rooms are perfect if you need a space to brainstorm, hold a workshop or are having a large boardroom meeting. Feel free to use our flatscreen monitor, projector, whiteboards & flipcharts and with multiple seating configurations we can easily accommodate your needs. Room hire prices also include complimentary tea and coffee.

Our stylish and unique offices are based just a 7 min drive from Newquay town centre and the world famous Fistral Beach. We are also centrally located for the A30, Newquay Airport & Train Station. We're currently open 8.30am - 5.30pm but plan to extend these hours in time.

Being so close to the beach we couldn't resist installing a surf store, changing room and outdoor shower so that you can nip off for a quick surf. For those that like to cycle to work we've got a secure bike rack and if you fancy a break from your desk our outdoor ping pong table is a good distraction. We’ve also just introduced a weekly ‘Mor Circuits’ session combining high-intensity interval training on Wednesday mornings from 7.45am - 8.30am. Watch this space for the exciting development of an onsite cafe, class based fitness space and more offices.
