Coworking Space: Poolsub Space in Bangkok

The Poolsub Space is the first self-service office in Charoen Nakorn Rd. located opposite to Iconsiam. We open the Poolsub private office first in the late of 2015, then open co-working space zone in the early of February 2016, but in mid of 2018 we turned our space to fully self-service office entirely all the building. In mid of 2019 we will have a proper multi-functional room, which can be 30pax. of meeting room, Photo studio for rent, and Garage Space for our members(paid). We still have 2 floors of blank space(about 272 sqm. per floor) for any company to rent if your company want to have lots of space and your own design in special price.

The Poolsub Office and Co เป็นออศฟิศให้เช่าและพื้นที่ทำงานแห่งแรกในถนนเจริญนคร โดยห่างจาก iconsiam ประมาณ 150 เมตร เปิดบริการครั้งแรกในช่วงปลายปี 2558โดยเริ่มจากการเป็นออฟฟิศให้เช่าส่วนบุคคลก่อน จากนั้นจึงเปิดโซน co-working ในต้นเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ในปีถัดมา ซึ่งในอนาคต Poolsub Space วางแผนจะเปิดห้องประชุมจำนวน 30 ท่าน, สตูดิโอถ่ายภาพ และ พื้นที่จอดรถ VIP ภายในอาคาร นอกจากนี้ เรายังมีพื้นพี่ว่างจำนวนประมาณ 272 ตารางเมตร ต่อชั้น จำนวน 2 ชั้น เพื่อสำหรับ SME ขนาดกลางที่ต้องการพื้นที่ ที่สามารถ ตบแต่งและวางแปลนได้เองให้เช่าอีกในราคาพิเศษอีกด้วย
