Coworking Space: The Executive Centre - Taipei Nanshan Plaza in Taipei

Taipei Nanshan Plaza is a new Eastern-Asia Landmark, located at a prime location in central Taipei, adjoining the Taipei 101 tower. Together with Taipei 101, the pair of towers will constitute a new landmark in the city.

Design
The Executive Centre at Taipei Nanshan Plaza is located on level 34, which is a complex of three buildings– an office tower, commercial and cultural facilities, equipped with 24-hours optical gates access system, 12 smart elevators and VIP elevators. There are shower room and breastfeeding room at each floor. The ceiling height, 3.1 meters, is the highest in all commercial buildings in Taipei.

Surroundings
In the hub of Xinyi CBD, walking distance to 5-star, boutique hotels and service apartments. MRT, Bus stations and all office buildings are linked with a strategic pedestrian bridge system connects to major buildings including Taipei 101 and other shopping centres.

信義區最精華地帶由長約 1.5 公里的「空中走廊」串聯，途經兩線捷運、商圈、主要建築物群，走路五分鐘即達五星級飯店、精品酒店、服務式公寓，包含了台北 101 大樓及時尚購物中心。
