" This co-working place is lengen... wait for it... dary! "
I wouldn't know where to start. The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, including the city center. This means plenty of options for breakfast, lunch or just hanging out. A big supermarket is available in the same building, several big parking places around (paid), the popular 700 market, and many more. The spacing is smart, there's a kitchen with everything-but-a-cooker-stove, meaning at least two coffee machines, washing machine, water cooler, microwave, dishes, cups and silverware, basically everything you'd possibly want. Including a draft beer machine with (apparently) endless barrels of beer. Then, you have big, wide desks so you never feel crowded, amazing comfortable chairs, wireless printer, big windows with shades, even plants (hence, DevPlant). And this is just the beginning, there are various meeting and meetup rooms, quiet chat rooms, and even a "bring your own pet policy". Next up: the terrace. A big terrace, wonderfully designed to enable socializing, relaxing or just enjoying the view. Which takes me to the last-but-not-least aspect worth mentioning: the people in this place. The positive vibe at DevPlant is exactly what I've been looking for in a co-working place. This means I can either dive head-in into work and not get disturbed, or be social and discuss whatever comes to mind with many of the members of which more and more become friends that you can count on, help or just hang out with. This being said, aside from the project I'm working on, this co-working place became my number 2 reason to get out of the house in the morning.

"The oasis at the 3rd floor."
If you're a digital nomad, or you're tired of working from home, or you're building up a small business, this place will be perfect for you. I simply love it! Everything is designed with incredibly good taste, in order to maximize the comfort of the people, the staff is always willing to help and they communicate useful information on the slack channel, which is the best way to keep us connected and informed. Moreover, if you're gravitating around the IT industry, DevPlant also hosts awesome events, so you're more than in touch with the latest trends in tech, meeting the ones who share the same interests and have a weak spot for innovation. So what else? Umm...just don't believe me, come and see for yourself! P.S The coffee is pure gold and Rosa, our doggo guest from time to time will definitely brighten up your day.
"Sometimes it feels like a second home."
I'm sure mornings are nice at the cowork, but I always arrive late, but just in time for the group food order. Also, it's awesome that I can stay as long as I wish, since I start my day at noon... The space is wide and very well lit, lots of personal space for those with proximity issues. Kitchen space is also cool, they have three coffee machines so there is no queue risk. They also brought these cool wooden half-houses that serve for private meetings...and also they are very great for short power naps, you can take it from me ;)
