Premium Coworking (Day Passes)
Select your own workstation in any of our lounges, open desks and terraces. This day pass grants you full access to our facilities during business hours (M-F 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Includes access to private phone booths and kitchen amenities.

Dedicated Desks
Reserved and permanent workstation with a lockable file cabinet. Enjoy the benefits of a full-time office space, while working in a collaborative environment. Includes access to private phone booths, kitchen amenities, daily cleaning services, mail and package handling, access to members online community and events, 2 hours of complimentary meeting rooms usage per month, and 40% discount on additional meeting rooms hourly rates.

Private Suites and Studios
Thoughtfully designed office suites and studios for teams of 2 to 14 members. Fully furnished spaces equipped with everything you need to be efficient and productive. All suites and studios are characterized by its ergonomic furniture, exterior windows allowing use of stunning natural light, controlled acoustics and connectivity. Includes access to private phone booths, kitchen amenities, daily cleaning services, mail and package handling, access to members online community and events, 4 hours of complimentary meeting rooms usage per month and 40% discount on additional meeting rooms hourly rates.

Cloud Memberships
Make The Landmark your primary business hub. Secure a premium business address and leverage the benefits of having mail and packages handling. Our Virtual Memberships includes one 1-day pass per month and preferential rate for additional day passes.

After completing a full renovation in the Summer of 2019, the Landmark was refurbished to offer the most modern, reliable and unparalleled workplace experience.
