Cozy place, good lighting, friendly staff and no corkage fee for food! You won't be hungry since the area is around food establishments.

It's an open space so it doesn't feel stuffy. There are also a number of booths for those who wanted a little privacy. The temperature is just right to induce focus on what you're doing (study or work)--not to warm or cold to distract you. Staff are friendly and approachable. I love that they are open until 6am the next day very good for those night owls out there!
