Welcoming staff & coworkers. This modern coworking space has comfortable desks, chairs and furnishings. The internet is excellent - actually it's the fastest in the area (~15 mbps down). There's plenty of in-house choice for coffee lovers. Nice dining area, conference room, and front-desk reception. UNI-Com is situated in Dumaguete city-center, inside a secure building next to Silliman university campus (one of the best universities in the region). The coworking desks have nice views overlooking the green park area. Dumaguete is a young, vibrant city. Similarly to Cebu, Dumaguete is close to many cool spots eg: Siquijor & Apo Island.

There are plenty of boutique restaurants in the area. Also - check out the Lee Super Plaza mall next door

"Awesome and modern coworking space in the heart of Dumaguete!"
I have been commuting quite often to Dumaguete from Japan few months ago and I needed a quite place and a well equipped office environment to work remotely. I found UNI-COM co-working space on this website and immediately liked the place. It has everything a digital nomad needs: fantastic friendly staff, modern equipment, centrally located in Dumaguete with a very good internet connection. For lunch or dinner there are a bunch of restaurants around, a 7/11 convenience store and even a gym nearby! It is quite easy to access from the port or the airport and offers free coffee, highly recommend place !!

Quiet, Power, Stable (not so fast) Wifi, Free Water and Coffee :). Staff is super friendly, don't mind a chat or help you around the area. Chairs are super comfortable and tables have the right height. You can also work here as a group, however it is more focused on having your own place. I was lucky and got free cake (Valentine's Day). Put they also have snacks if you crave for it. Location is good, so you can take a walk to the sea side to get some new ideas or just enjoy the sunset. University is just near by and gives a great wipe.
