" Supportive, sociable working space with awesome seaside view "
I have been working in this co-working space since it first opened. And I absolutely love it! The location is right next to the beach and not far away from the city. So I get a nice change of pace driving from city to New Brighton. The interior design is minimalist with lots of green plants and surfing vibe which fits nicely with the environment it is situated. The ocean view from the office is stunning and if you stay up late, awesome sunset is waiting for you everyday. The social vibe here is pretty great, we have friendly people coming from different industries and backgrounds collaborating together, and ideas can be easily sparked from a lunch break chat. Overall, I think this is a perfect working environment for small business and freelancers who like a more relaxed vibe and want to have a change of pace from the city.

"Sweet work space with ocean views: hop, skip, and jump to the beach!"
I've been working at Argo nearly full-time over the past few months. I love it - it's right beside the ocean, close to cafes, shops, and the rest of Christchurch is close by. The space itself is elevated above street level which means traffic noise isn't a concern and gives superb views out over New Brighton beach. I use to do a lot of work from home, but I've found seaside working at Argo Beach is a whole lot more relaxing and productive for me. There's something about being able to look up from your laptop screen and gazing out over the big ol' Pacfic Ocean: it clears the mind and sparks creativity. Stretching the legs with a stroll out over the New Brighton Pier has proven time and again to be an excellent problem solving tool for me! Overall, I absolutely enjoy working at Argo. If you're looking for a quiet, chilled, and unique workspace with a view, I'd definitely recommend Argo.
