Office spaces clean and nicely laid out. You will be hit with a large amount of Terms and conditions - read all so you have no surprises. I'm always suspicious of companies that have that much red tape. Their Accounts are hard work. More complicated than necessary.This is September and we are asked to pay Octobers Bill 14 days in advance of the month. They don't seem to be able to track payments even though our transfer includes an email to one of their staff. We'd say the people are friendly but the systems are not. Several Covid cases have been reported and the Office closed. No allowances in rental for these few occasions. A gesture would help in these tough times. Entry systems to the Building run by Sunway are overly complicated for one time visitors. Download a relatively obscure app and at one point the Govt Covid system MySehjatera was run in parallel with another system

I love this space! All the amenities are so thoughtful and the community and staff are really great. Its the perfect place for an individual, remote employee or growing team.

A Small Centre in town yet the lovely environmet we have here, with the great spaces to rent, a community and staffs are very helpful and great, its a great place for individual as well, remote team and growing your business !
