Coworking Space: Republic of Work in Cork

A fab location for a coworking and innovation hub in the heart of Cork City. The staff are amazing and provide a community for people like myself who work freelance. They have great events weekly which are so informative and relatable to everyone.

They run great events that are relevant for business owners and entrepreneurs. This brings a huge variety of people to the space, creating a great buzz.

Republic of Work is in the heart of the city so shops and restaurants are within walking distance; bus stops are close by so you don't have to bring your car into the city; the staff are super helpful and really friendly; and it's a quirky, fun space yet really conducive to working and doing business in.

Republic of Work is a friendly and welcoming environment that plays host an array of businesses. There is a great sense of community which is one of its greatest attributes. This results in the networking, collaboration and camaraderie of internal businesses. There is a huge focus on innovation, development of businesses in house and there is help available to anyone in need. It's not a regular office, there are frequent events to cater to your business and leisure needs. These events vary in genre and are great to keep the worker busy, motivated, and thinking of other avenues or opportunities to explore in their career or business. It's not your average 9-5, repetitive day here at Republic of Work. There's always something on to keep the working day fresh. It's a great place to work along like minded people, evolve as a business and make connections.

The working environment is perfect. The right mix of Hotdesk space, Dedicated Desks and communal areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and would bend over backwards for you. The weekly events are a huge value add and the Community is going from strength to strength.

It's a great space in a fantastic location in the heart of the city, with great support for individuals and small teams and brilliant facilities including a very cool lounge space that is a great place to work, talk and meet. The staff are fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable and there is a great social feel to the place with regular events and special occasions.

The lovely people who maintain the working space, the colourful Ambience in the Lounge, the amenities like great Wi-Fi, Technology access, Kitchen, Nespresso bar and Happy hours, Event management space - Lunchtime learnings, Cultural meetups etc;

It's a really cool space in the heart of the city. The atmosphere is amazing, they have everything I need not to mention unlimited coffee. Republic of Work is like a community they love to involve everyone and you can't find that in many places.

I started as a member last year (2018) and moved to a dedicated desk at the start of 2019. It's a fantastic space to work from, with great members in the RoW Community. I've met lots of great people working on great ideas, and I've learnt a lot from experienced industry leaders at the regular lunch 'n' learn sessions held in the large event space. We have been based in Killarney for more than 10 years and with a growing Cork base of clients we needed a presence in the city. Republic of Work has been an excellent choice, the facilities and location are superb. Best of all has been the sense of community in the workspace which is constantly nurtured through events and talks etc. It has allowed us to plug into a ready-made business community in Cork. I would recommend to freelancers but also to small teams.

A peaceful co-working space in the city center of Cork. Very well equipped with rooms for different purposes, offices, events room and an awesome reception on the 3rd floor which also used by people that rent the space for the day. The staff is very kind. Every week the are some events, like talks, taking place in the building. I like the fact that there are coffee machines and water jars all over the place
