Coworking Space: Sproutbox Okhla in New Delhi

Sproutbox Okhla Facility is designed to be spread across Basement to Second Floor with Various seating Styles. While the Ground Floor is being designed for Founder / Premium Executive Style Seating, First Floor and Basement will have a mix of Open CoWorking Areas as well as Team Rooms in a Vibrant CoWorking Style.

The Okhla Facility will be an extension of this with roughly 375 Seats across the Facility, a 40 People Training Room, multiple Break Away Rooms for Mentors, a Maker Space, an In House Server Room for Hosting and Other Related Services, and High Speed Internet Access.

We also propose to have 2 InHouse Cafe's at SproutBox Suryavilas [Okhla] as we go along, and have enough parking avaialble for most of our coworkers, as well as offer timed pick up and drops from the Nearest Metro Stations of Jasola / Govindpuri.

For SproutBox Suryavilas [Okhla] The plans are as follows [Includes Access to Facility, 9 AM to 9PM Monday to Friday, and 9 AM to 4PM on Saturdays]

- Dedicated Seating in Team Rooms [Ground Floor] Rs. 14,999 + Service Taxes [Team Rooms are Sized for 3 to 5 People and Need to be Bought as a Team]
- Open CoWorking Space [Flexible Seating] First Floor: Rs. 9,999 + Service Taxes
- Open CoWorking Space [Flexible Seating] Basement: Rs. 7,999 + Service Taxes
- Dedicated Seating in Team Rooms First Floor: Rs. 12,999 + Service Taxes
- Dedicated Seating in Team Rooms First Floor: Rs. 10,999 + Service Taxes

Currently, there is no plan to offer CoWorking by the Day or By The Hour or Part Time plans as we launch. We have in the past seen that our 5 Days a Week and 6 Days a Week have been the most popular plans, and this is how the plans are being shaped.

Each of these plans include number of hours of access to the Conference Rooms [Roughly 10 Hours Per Person Per Month]. While Training Rooms will be charged for on a usage basis - we still do not have a pricing for this worked out. We are happy partnering for the Training Room with Agencies such as TIE, Nascomm, Amazon etc to ensure that there are events that can be done for our CoWorkers.
