I don't have to worry about anything, from the internet to air conditioning and cleanliness of the space, everything is taken care of by the LM Techpark Team.

LM Techpark Coworking spaces make it ridiculously easy for the startups, today to find an office space in the city like Chennai that too in OMR Zone is not that easy. I used many Coworking spaces like iKeva, CoWrks in OMR, and Work 11 for office space for my startup, some were out of my budget and some were very professional but I liked LM Techpark Coworking space which has friendly ambience.

Management is flexible and always open to feedback and suggestions.

LM Tech Park is ideally situated at the heart of the city, at Perungudy, close to OMR food street, RMC MIllenia et al. It is a fully air-conditioned office space with complete WI FI access at very high speeds. The office is secured 24/7 with CCTV. The work-space has state-of-the-art chairs that are designed for optimal back support and storage cabins with numeric locks (they certainly eliminate the headache of managing keys !!!). The work areas are open and easy for employee interaction. The best part is the cosy, open-air dining area that overlooks the city.

The ambiance is peaceful and conducive for productive work. A 5 min walk from the nearest bus stand, so easy to reach. What I like best about this place is their open air dining space which offers a great view of the city.
