Coworking Space: Backyard in Chennai

It' a good alternative to starbucks or CCD, where you feel guilty if you sit for long without ordering food. A great place to chill, with wifi, chai and the occasional snack if you're interested. Perfect venue if you're a freelancer who wants somewhere to work and chill at the same time. There are events too I guess, I heard about workshops and open mikes being conducted there. People who want to brainstorm ideas or innovations can go there as a group for the ambience. Best part is, it' s being done by just two people. Kudos to the team for a nice idea and executing it flawlessly.

Its fantastic to have a place like Backyard where young creative minds can get their space at an not only an affordable cost but a homely and peaceful ambience. There is free wifi and cups of coffee on the tap. There is also space at Backyard for musicians, artists, the theatre people, home bakers, stand up comedians, TED talkshows to freely express themselves. Infact in the last year, Backyard has been one of the most happening places in Chennai for the young crowd to express themselves.
