Coworking Space: Campfire - Taikoo in Quarry Bay

Noisy. Renovation work. General Manager, Kawi, always has ‘new’ ideas to re-construct the office. Her walk around your desk is annoying. Wifi connection is unstable. Some users complain about their online meetings are seriously affected. (Fact checked @Campfire Email Renovation Announcement)

New tenant, LYNK, has moved into Campfire. 50 staff are noisy as they always speak loudly over phone. And some pee on toilet seat.

We used to have a full fridge of drinks, beer on Fridays, and space to stretch out. The space has become progressively less generous. They've replaced large communal spaces with offices. The fridge gets refilled once a day with 8 cans each of soda water, coke, and diet coke, not one can more. Needless to say, there's nothing left after noon. And Friday night beer doesn't happen anymore (we just go buy our own). Plus the new tenants adjoin the game room, so you can't play without getting a noise complaint. It's a nice looking space, but not working well anymore.

The moment we stepped into the space we were all impressed! Spacious, Modern & Staff were very positive and helpful. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that included a resting room with hammocks and bean bags for those who need to take a break from a hard days work. Having a large 12 Screen TV wall made it perfect for us to hold our event. Learning that the Large space can be divided into several event spaces made it all the more interesting, especially for any future partnered events that will come up in the future. We highly recommend others to come and check out the space!!
