Coworking Space: STARTPLATZ Düsseldorf in Dusseldorf

STARTPLATZ is a startup incubator and accelerator with branches in Cologne and Düsseldorf and functions as a hub for the local founders’ scene. It was founded in 2012 by Dr Lorenz Gräf and Matthias Gräf. On approximately 4,500 square meters in Cologne Mediapark and 2,000 square meters in Düsseldorf’s MedienHafen, an ecosystem was created that offers aspiring startups and innovative companies space for growth, advice & coaching, workshops & events as well as a connection to the large network. More than 400 startups have already worked on their business ideas, over 150 million euros have been invested in them and more than 200 teams participated in the accelerator program. In cooperation with partners from the ecosystem, STARTPLATZ also offers companies and medium-sized enterprises various solutions from the startup world to successfully implement and promote digitization and innovation processes.

Der STARTPLATZ ist Startup Inkubator und Accelerator mit Standorten in Köln sowie Düsseldorf und Treffpunkt der rheinischen Gründerszene. Gegründet wurde er 2012 von den Geschäftsführern der Familie Gräf Holding GmbH, Dr. Lorenz Gräf und Matthias Gräf. Auf rund 4.500 qm im Kölner Mediapark und 2.000 qm im Düsseldorfer Medienhafen entstand ein Ökosystem, das aufstrebenden Startups und innovativen Unternehmen Raum zum Wachsen, Beratung & Coaching, Workshops & Events sowie Anschluss an das große Netzwerk bietet. Mehr als 200 Startups wurden im STARTPLATZ Accelerator gefördert und über 150 Millionen Euro in sie investiert. Gemeinsam mit Partnern aus dem Ökosystem bietet der STARTPLATZ zudem Konzernen und mittelständischen Unternehmen verschiedene Lösungsansätze aus der Startup-Welt, um die Digitalisierung und Innovationsprozesse erfolgreich umzusetzen und voranzutreiben.
