Coworking Space: HIBC in Shenzhen

I have been using the HIBC day passes for a couple of weeks. It was really difficult for me to find a flexible space to work in the city centre. I travel a lot to Shenzhen, I use to work in coffee shops or hotel, but neither of those options are ideal.  At HIBC coworking space I can get a day pass to enjoy the complimentary coffee, high speed WIFI, professional working space. Sometimes I can also book a meeting room when I meet clients. It is very convenient for people who travels, highly recommended!

Coming all the way to Shenzhen to start a business was very daunting for me, but HIBC made it so smooth and easy. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful co-working space in the heart of Shenzhen, but they also provided me with everything I needed to start doing business in China (business registration, accounting services etc). The staff are friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome here. The co-working areas themselves are clean and well designed, and the communal areas are a nice place to relax over lunch with free tea, coffee and water. The WiFi is fast and up to a high standard, and the overall atmosphere here is great. Couldn't recommend more.

I came to Shenzhen as a foreigner without a space to work for my startup team. After unsuccesfully trying to work in hotel rooms and public spaces we looked into co-working spaces, but could only find places which didn't speak English or were too simplistic and lacked modern amenities. When we found HIBC, we were greeted by English speaking staff and shown around spacious air conditioned offices with all the modern amenities we needed such as projectors, printers, and free drinks. The area we set up in was spacious enough to give us privacy when we needed (We could also use the meeting rooms for extra privacy) but also open enough to be able to chat and interact with other entrepreneurs and companies also co-working at HIBC. We could also just chill out on the sofas and chat with others during breaks, which actually helped us form some new partnerships. Oh it's also located right next to a major subway station in the middle of Shenzhen so its super easy to get to.

I had just recently moved to Shenzhen, and was looking for a co-working space for my company in Shenzhen. I was really not sure where to go in Shenzhen, so I looked around.I had heard about HIBC before, but one of my friends invited me to one of their events in Shenzhen. When I went to the event I was very surprised about how nice their venue space looked and the staff spoke English very well. This helped because I could not really speak Chinese and was learning. I talked with the founder directly(who also spoke English fluently) and was amazed by their services and what they offered. I then checked out the space and it was very open and different colors. Many of the other startup companies their were also run by foreigners just like myself, which amazed me. The pricing was affordable and so I have used this space for more than 1 year now and would definitely recommend this co-working space.

I had tried several office spaces before in the past but I found HIBC was the best. Their staff spoke English so was very helpful. They also offer affordable business services. Their events at their venue space were free for clients and really were relevant to what startups need. Plus the staff were very willing to help me whenever I needed. I would totally recommend it.
