Coworking Space: Regus - Ontario, Toronto - Yonge and Richmond Centre in Toronto

I have had a membership with Regus since 2017 and this is by far the worst, most dysfunctional location I have worked in. No one follows the house rules and there is no management whatsoever. The majority of tenants do not come here to work. They come here to socialize, make noise, and screw around all day. If your job involves any client facing tasks or requires any concentration and focus, don't bother with this location. You will never get any work done. You will constantly be interrupted by screaming morons in the hallways. It's like trying to work in a crack house or an insane asylum. I have tried numerous times to address these issues only to be ignored. The only way you will get any response or the slightest bit of attention from management is if you stop paying your lease. I have had nothing but good experiences working at the location near Yonge and St. Clair. I am seriously disappointed with my experience here. This is not run like a workplace at all. Take my advice and avoid this place. There is no shortage of office space to lease in Toronto.

Always a pleasure to come into work at this location. The space is always well lit, the décor is modern and the service is always top notch. The view of Yonge St. in the lounge area is always amazing to look at. Truly a beautiful Centre to inspire and get work done.

I absolutely love this centre! The layout is so bright and colourful and the decor is so unique. The business lounge area has amazing views of Yonge Street and it really opens up the centre. The clients are great and friendly.
