Coworking Space: WeWork Place Ville Marie in Montreal

Poorly organized and bad customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you book in-app they will take your money without giving information on how to access the floor or the building. But you cannot access the floor WeWork is on without a pass, but you also need a pass to get to the floor where you can get your pass. If you call customer service they will not help at al and just pass you from person to person. There are better co-working spaces around. Use them. Or better yet just use the large public library in Montreal. It’s better value. Because I couldn’t access the space that I needed in time to start my meetings for that day I spent the morning taking my meetings standing in front of the elevator. I was only able to finally access the floor the office is on by taking the stairs and then banging on the door until someone let me in. Then the staff made me feel like it was my fault for not using the right elevator when there aren’t even any instructions available on which elevator should be used. Why does’t WeWork send people instructions in an email on how to access the floor if you cannot access the office from all elevators?? It makes zero sense. NEVER AGAIN.

Working in the heart of the city is simply amazing. This venue has everything going for it especially for someone like me that is basically from another planet. It's a breeze to get to, there's always somewhere interesting to meander off to when I have finished for the day and the facilities provide everything I need to get my work done. It has a great vibe and there are plenty of opportunities to make new besties.
