Coworking Space: Regus - Nova Scotia, Halifax - Founders Square in Halifax

On February 8th I had a call with Jordon Yates, a salesperson with IWG Group. I rented an office in Founders Square from him for the dates between February 26th and March 31st. I was very clear that I wanted this office for these dates and only these dates, I was assured the price was 950 for the month of March and a pro-rated amount for the week in February. Instead, I received the following charges: 989.00: damage deposit 500.00: for February (With a list price of 950 CAD, I should have been charged 33.9 CAD/day for the days in February, amounting to 101.79 CAD) 1,137.35 for March Now they are charging me 1,137.35 for April. Even though I was crystal clear that I wanted the office for one month and received an affirmation from Jordon that one month + 1 week was all I was booking. I am now paying 2,774.7 for an office that was assured to be 950 dollars. Everyone I have dealt with at Regus that knows I only asked for the one month +1 week stay has "no recollection of that conversation" and is requiring 30 days notice of a cancellation (I gave 52 days notice to Jordon Yates and 34 days notice to front office staff) I have given substantial grace and patience in this situation. I seem to have exhausted all avenues of cordial and professional discourse when dealing with Regus on this.

Regus Founders Square is in a great location downtown Halifax. The center is cleaned, well maintained and follows all Covid-10 provincial guidelines. The center team in Founders Square are always happy to help with any inquiry, and are very friendly and professional. The WIFI works greats from any area in the center and the business lounge is quite spacious. I highly recommend the Founders Square location if you are looking for workspace in downtown Halifax.

The center team is readily available to help with any possible inquiry. The office was clean and well organized, the kitchen and business lounge were well maintained and the company is perfectly compliant with all current government regulated public health guidelines regarding COVID-19.
