Coworking Space: Workspace 1 in Phnom Penh

Workspace 1 is an incredible space, it's different from all the other co-working spaces here in Cambodia, the sheer size of the space makes it one of the biggest if not the biggest space. It's quiet but packed with creative individuals working on their projects, but every week there's always a social gathering, coffee or beer, so people around the whole campus would have the opportunity to come and meet up and maybe even collaborate on a project together. Why not? This place doesn't just have the cool vibe and rusty architecture but also the professionalism and inspiration if needed.

I'm currently doing an internship at Workspace 1, and my experience is amazing! The team is enthusiastic and very proactive, everyone takes care of each other and understands work-life-play balance excellently. I feel like I can learn and improve as an individual here. The space makes me more productive and creative. I feel this place is accepting of differences (we are very diverse and fun), and I feel like I can be myself. Workspace 1 has a lot of space and capacity. It is part of a larger creative hub as well. There is SO MUCH open space which provides an open environment and mental space to think. If I get stuck, I can get up and explore the campus. There are spaces to relax, catch some sun, green spaces, campus bicycles, and fun, and interesting events! Also, the Factory campus where WS1 is located is still in process so there aspects about the project that are changing and being added! Looking forward to seeing what pops up next. The best part is - the space doesn't feel like being "at work", but that's what makes getting work done more fun!
