Coworking Space: Casa de Viver in Sao Paulo

The doors are open from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday at Casa de Viver that was created in 2015. It was the first coworking space in Brazil where mums and dads can work with their children around them. Created out of necessity to cater for those who wish to work but not to leave their kids, Casa de Viver is where you can be close to your kids whilst you tap away on your laptop, working without fragmenting your life and leaving aside what is important, your kids. This is where working and family is not compartmentalized.

The venue is easily accessible, as it is only 500 meters from Santa Cruz subway station and there are plenty of buses to get you there running on the Rua Domingos de Morais line. A welcoming space overflowing with warmth and friendly faces, you will be able to network and build bonds with likeminded individuals where growth and empowerment is for everyone. A bustling coworking venue you will have meetings to art workshops, physical activities to coaching groups, plus study groups to happy hours in which to mingle.

You get to work upstairs and your children will be downstairs with specialized caregivers creating a unique support network for personal and professional growth, whilst nurturing the family unit. You will have fast wifi to plug into, telephones, cabinets to store your goodies in and plenty of office benches for work purposes. There is a kitchen to whip up a snack in and a great terrace area to relax on with or without your kids in tow. For the coworker there is a meeting room for when you need privacy that can accommodate up to 6 individuals at any one time decked out with a monitor for presentations, a white board, access to wifi plus views of the terrace.

The children's space is carefully set out so that they can play and develop fully and safely with separate areas for different ages from babies to toddlers. Free play is actively encouraged and it is easy for you to run and grab a cuddle whenever you feel so inclined. If you find yourself in need of a helping hand, there is a service room where you will have access to professionals such as psychologists, coaches, nutritionists and therapists.
