Guaja Coworking opens its doors at 8am during the week and 9am on Saturdays to welcome you (and your furry friend or child) into their spiffy realms of a shared working space. The coffee is ready and foodie treats are out from 9am to 6pm, so you don't have to worry if you missed out on breakfast. Pre-purchased tickets are used instead of currency - you definitely only pay for what you need.

You can grab a chair wherever you like whether it be in the coffee shop, the freedom of the deck area or the coolness and silence of the Vandario, Bunker or Coworking Bortolini areas. The Vogel room is a private area for that special project or a meeting with an important client or team cohorts and can hold up 12 people in comfort. It is equipped with a TV 55 'Full HD with HDMI input, flipchart, wifi, air conditioning plus plenty of water and coffee to keep everyone happy and focused.

When you take up a place here you will have your own space, desk with a telephone line plus a locker to stash your goodies in. If you are not into sharing your enclave there are private offices and studios to float in your own bubble. Virutal offices can be created where staff will take care of your company registration and correspondence. There is insanely fast wifi to plug into, a printer to play on and air conditioning to keep you cool on those hellish summer days.

The premises are easy to access as there are more than 15 bus lines a mere 2 blocks away and plenty of car parking handy for those that have their own 4 wheels. If you prefer to pedal a bike, there is a bike rack at the front entrance.

The perk of working here is that at 6pm nightly fun takes over from the hard slog and the Bar do Conde starts to work dishing up the best burgers and drinks, with the doors shutting at 11.30pm.
