Coworking Space: The SocialWorkHUB in Vienna

As someone who needs people and thrives in a communal atmosphere, I quickly found The SocialWorkHUB to be a place that both honors who I am and pushes me to step out into something new. The SocialWorkHUB's uniquely brilliant take on coworking involves lifting up those who live on the fringes of society due to their career, identity, race, abilities, and so on. The Space values diversity and tolerance for all and focuses on popularizing social work and its workers rather than on making a profit. When I come here to work, I never know whom I'm going to sit next to, but I know it'll be someone doing something amazing and world-changing. Some days it's one of the sign language translators who read my lips to know what I'm trying to communicate. Other days it's one of the students from a theater school for adults with Down Syndrome or a TEDxVienna volunteer. There are unlimited volunteer positions, including Plant Parents! I love it here and grow every day because of this special environment.

Friendly people and atmosphere. Very accomodating and considerate of people's needs. Relarionships are based on including everyone and helping each other out with particular skills and advice.
