Coworking Space: Regus Setif Park-Mall Centre in Setif

As a loyal customer of Regus, I have recently rented two offices from you in Algeria to work there permanently. However, I am deeply disappointed by the pricing manipulations that I have observed within your company. It is clear to me that you do not value the loyalty of your customers. I was shocked to learn that you are willing to give up a loyal customer for the sake of a few cents more from a new tenant. This attitude demonstrates a blatant lack of respect for your existing customers. Despite receiving many negative opinions about your company, I did not pay attention to them at first. However, after witnessing these unfair pricing practices, I feel compelled to voice my dissatisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and consideration. Instead, I feel deceived and neglected. I urge you to review your pricing practices and commit to treating your customers fairly and transparently. I am open to discussing a resolution to this issue, but if it is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be forced to explore other options for my business needs.

Une mauvaise expérience J’ai loué un bureau de trois postes pour rédiger la thèse de doctorat en attendant avoir un autre bureau (selon les promesses de commerciale) a un ou deux postes puisque c’était pas disponible (avec vue) après deux mois, un bureau de deux postes serrait disponible mais ils l’ont loué a un autre. J’ai résilié le contrat a fin mai puisque ca m’arrange pas de rester a un bureau qui dépasse mes besoins. J’ai demandé le retour de caution qui dépasse les 130 milles dinars (13 millions centimes) le 26/06/2023 espérant l’avoir au moins a la fin du contrat (31/07/2023) mais a ce jour la 30/08/2023 j’ai pas reçu mon argent même après réclamation y’a plus que 15 jours, ils m’ont dis que le comptable est en congé quand il rentre ça va régler, après j’ai réclamé ils m’ont dis que le propriétaire est en congé, sachant que si tu fais un retard de paiement tu sera pénalisé et quand tu demandes ton argent tu attends. Parlant de problème technique: Une prise de réseau ne marche pas -problème non résolu- Problème chauffage qui subitement arrête en plein hiver donc tu dois partir. Non résolu Problème de téléphone qui s’arrêtait de fonctionner Conseil: vous lisez bien le contrat avant la signature ✍️ Malheureusement c’était une mauvaise expérience.

After working from the Business Centre for more than a year now I couldn't be more pleased. I need to work away from the office quite a lot and the Business Centre allows me the flexibility that I need safe in the knowledge that my customers are being looked after even in my absence. With helpful staff and excellent facilities, our move to The Business Centre has ticked all the boxes. F.H
